Zero Awareness!!!

I recently started watching dollhouse. I was starting to liking the show but today I stumbled upon a hurtful fact in Ballard's dialog in the 6th episode. He mentions that zero was given to the world by Japanese. As much as I respect people from all nations, I hate the fact that this major fact was ignored that it was actually used as a number by an Indian scholar Pingala and Japanese have no involvement with it. I think for a show of such popularity, the research should be irreproachable. I am extremely disappointed Do you find this valuable?

I suggest you do a bit more research yourself. The "Luftwaffe" that Mynor refers to was the German Air Force (Luftwaffe meaning "air weapon"). The Zeros that Mynor was referring to were actually -Japanese- dogfighting airplanes introduced during World War II, considered the best dogfighting planes of their time. Ballard was correcting Mynor's error, not making one himself.

The more you know!
