In no particular order:

1.) Taffy. Especially since we get to see two different actors'/Actives takes on her. :D Very cool! Gotta say I actually think Dichen's version was even cooler than Eliza's (er, no offense to Eliza of course!).
2.) The assassin who gives Ballard the message in "Man on the Street" Just because she's totally badass.
3.) Future Susan from Briar Rose, just because I cannot think of that plot sometimes without tearing up.
4.) Mellie... especially her hidden Kill Switch version. That one scene (YOU KNOW THE ONE) in "Man on the Street" was a genuine Crowning Moment of Awesome, and honestly one of my favorite scenes in the entire series. It's literally THE moment when I went from, "oh, this is kind of neat. It's no Firefly, but kind of neat I guess. And it's Whedon, so I'll give it time to grow on me..." to thinking "OMG I LOVE THIS SHOW THANK YOU JOSS I LOVE YOU HOW COULD I HAVE EVER DOUBTED YOU" ;)
5.)Blind girl from ep.5, just because she gets some great lines ("God has a message for you... MOVE YOUR ASS!" being a choice one)
6.)Composite Alpha... awesomely schizo
7.)Composite Echo.... awesomly NOT schizo. Talk about a healthy multiple!
8.) Spy Hunter Echo... like a girl Sherlock Holmes, and "I'm not broken" reprise? Awesome!
9.)Dominic inside Victor... pulled off SO WELL
10.)TIE: Amnesiac Caroline and Amnesiac 'Victor' in "Needs". I can't pick one over the other; Victor's got awesome character, but Amnesiac Caroline is when "Caroline" started being less annoying for me!

Honorable Mention: Like MichealStephen says, That Man's Dead Wife was hilarious! :D "See? PORN!!!!" Do you find this valuable?

That is the brand name (Step 2). Its a dollhouse about 3 feet tall. Its too small for barbies and too big for Fisher Price.
