Guys your age probably not as mature as you. It's up to the individual. My step dad was 20 years younger than my mom. Yet they were married 40 years. My niece is almost 10 years older than her husband. But he really puts her through stress. He has a lot of growing up to do. I really think males don't mature as fast. I have my little "cut off age" for dating. As far as friends I don't care what age, older, younger. Haha I get a kick out of older being in their 20's or 30's heehee....since my youngest kid is like 4 years younger then you... :) Post reply Do you find this valuable?

And at the same viewpoint, I look at people younger as just that. Everyone has an opinion worth value even if one disagrees. I don't think of degrees as say...he/she is young and doesn't understand. Younger people today have been exposed to a lot more in life than people my generation was, or should say different ways of exposure. In my day, growing towards 21 it was about not wanting to go to war (Vietnam). Fights in the house over it because my dad was in the military, and I was a typical long hair rock and roll hippie more interested in guitar. Computers took up a whole room and were called data processors. No video games until 1974. Tv, no cable. There are times I get self-conscious, it's going to happen. But I figure we're here to have fun. And I'll never act my age anyway lol. You just be who you are, you know what you want out of life. You are a very intelligent woman who seems to love life and people. I have to laugh at some things. I live in a real small town. 800 people. Women who are single or whatever, I'm a target...lol...a new guy in town. They want to talk to me when I walk the dog. And I'm just out to walk the dog, don't mind talking to people, just not interested in anything past that. I want to just live my life right now, get my goals and dreams going. At my age I see I spent years living my life for other people, taking care of other people. Now I want to live it for me. Friends are ok. My advice to anyone is don't let anyone ever try to control you or your life. Everrrrr. Post reply Do you find this valuable?
