20. RE: 19. - 22. Dollhouse Season 2!

"Amy Acker/Alan Tudyk Natural Born Killers montage. Props. Severe, abundant props."Totally agree; it's one of my favorite scenes in the WHOLE series. God, this episode was awesome, and I need the new questions to be answered, and it'll take a season two, and that season will raise questions for season three, and four, and five, and six, and many more to come! :D Do you find this valuable? |

The fact that this is based off of airtime ratings is crap. I literally do not pay for cable television because so much of TV is worthless.I have purchased every episode online through Amazon.com and watched them multiple times, and will still be buying the DVD. this is currently the only show I watch. Losing it... can't happen. Do you find this valuable? |

I'm with several others on this and many other threads. I don't watch air-time television. Hulu.com for my quick fixes and for all of my favorite shows, they're sitting physically in DVD form on my shelf and get rewatched frequently. There are only a few shows that make my top pick, and Dollhouse certainly is one of them. The twists and the characters and the freakin originality itself is great. Quips, intelligence, action, turns that I'd not have seen coming along with a few that I did see coming (who doesn't like being right occasionally?), political intrigue and of course the question regarding morality... ahh. This show just really hits the dos and don't pretty square on the nail - yet somehow manages to not rock too many boats. Seriously? This is an incredible show - story, cast, cinimatography, the sets... ahhh. Just amazing.I seriously thought it was a stupid rumor when I read a few weeks ago the "oh no, my episode won't air - it'll only be on the DVD" and people jumping to conclusions. Now that I'm seeing that it might be more than just conclusion jumping - I definitely have to post a comment. Hopefully it'll add enough weight to keep the dollhouse airing year after year. This could possibly be the best show currently on tv. It would be a mistake for fox to cancel. I believe if they do cancel another network will pick dollhouse up. You saw what happened when gates offered ibm its product. So first off, Joss is a masterful storyteller in which curtails true development of the characters and story. This is not a one hit(episode) wonder. The show has been increasing in engaging story lines that run the gambit of emotions. After all we are watching night time dramas when we really look at the shows. Dollhouse contains awesome fight scenes, touching moments, sci fi that is currently in development, great humor if you look for it, life lessons that we could all take a page from. I mean Joss really is in touch with what the public wants (the intelligent ones anyway) Of course, you can't forget Eliza's incredible beauty and command of the many parts she has to play. All of the cast has fit perfectly within the story and really add to the shows furtherment. I really hope the Dollhouse continues on and if it doesn't I think you'll see a strong backlash from the sci fi community. I hope your listening and reading fox executives because I for one will not watch anything on fox, if you don't continue Dolllhouse.

Well, if all of the dollhouse fans truly revolt and boycott fox then the network will realize how wrong they are in pulling a top shelf show, when there is no one else watching fox. Remember the people have the power, and a silent vote sometimes counts the most

I'm from Kuwait and the show is highly successful here. I am a huge fan myself. The idea is so new. I've never seen such intensity mixed with fiction on TV ever since Buffy. I really hope they do a second season. IDKY this happens with Eliza. First Tru Calling, now this? FOX please let the show be. For real. Do you find this valuable? |

"I don't watch air-time television. Hulu.com for my quick fixes and for all of my favorite shows, they're sitting physically in DVD form on my shelf and get rewatched frequently. "Unfortunately the "behind-the-times" TV Execs and advertisers focus mainly on the air-time ratings. So if we want to make sure this show survives during season 2 then we have to watch it LIVE on air. DVRs and downloads won't keep it in production. I don't like it either, but that's the way its done "in the business". I got my Nielsen diary this week, too bad I didn't get it during the week of the finale. If you get to participate in the Nielsen research make sure you're home and are watching Dollhouse at its regular time in the fall. Do you find this valuable? |
