Dollhouse Season 2!

Dollhouse is an incredibly great, cool and new show. I have never seen anything like this show which makes it soooooo unique. I love the dollhouse and i spend my friday nights watching this incredible show. I have heard rumors that Dollhouse may not be returning for a second season. We have the power to change this, if you really love Dollhouse like i do and u love Eliza Dushku then we need to make sure there is a second season. Dollhouse is only in its first season so we can really expect the best ratings, if there is a second season we can persuade people to watch it and bring in more viewers. I feel lik this shows is starting off as the way Buffy The Vampire Slayer did, began mid-season with not so high ratings, returned for a second season to score amazing ratings, this is what Dollhouse needs and we have to make it happen. So all members of this site and fans of dollhouse please try to contact FOX and tell them Dollhouse just needs time to create the best show and bring in more viewers! post comments! 2  out of 2 found this valuable. I'm from the UK and have been watching this online and I LOVE IT!!!!Addicted isn't even the word.
Reading what everyone has been writing about the show, I think they are just being far to critical. Every new show needs its own footing, find itself, just it give it a chance. The 'Big bosses of TV' cancel shows left right and centre if they under-perform....but who setd these guide lines for under-performimg? I think the people that set the bar for this sorta thing is under-performing themselves and they are the ones that should be cancelled!!!????.........
Anyway, this show is great and I can't wait to see where it goes, cause lefts be fair it could go anywhere and like Buffy, I feel Whedon and the other writers have created another world that can be changed and be bad and be good and drama-ie and sad and scary and all sorts of other types of and!!!!
Dollhouse season 2???? BRING IT ON! (and yes that was a pun)

The twists and turns at the Dollhouse keep me wanting to watch more. We need a Season 2 to find out who's passing information to Paul from the Dollhouse, and I'd like to see the background of the characters who run the dollhouse - Dr. Saunders, Topher, ect. Eliza Dushku's ever evolving Echo is fascinating to watch! Fox, please, Season 2! 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Dollhouse is an amazing show. There's so many twists and turns and I'm always eager for my Friday night waiting for the show to start. I haven't been much in love with Fox in a while and the introduction of Dollhouse brought it all back for me. Fox, it'll be such a loss if you would to cancel Dollhouse. If you must -- cancel shows like American Idol...it's been on for way too long. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Dollhouse is one of the best shows ever on television. I love the long complicated story arc and the intense in-depth characters that Joss Whedon has developed. Please for the love of god I need a 2nd, 3rd, 4th... season of Dollhouse. I want to see just how far the rabbit hole this show will take me. Fox cancelled Firefly and THAT was the dumbest move in the universe. PLEASE do not repeat history and watch another great show disappear into the wind. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

This show is amazing. I started watching with the first episode and thought it got off to a decent start, a bit slow like most, althought very intriguing. The second episode had me hooked. It didn't take much to see that it is a very original idea that is a bit out there for some but its one that needs time to exspand and grow. This show has a new twist at every turn and I hope that next season it will have all 22 episodes to continue its stride. GIVE US SEASON 2! 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Yeah part of that slowness was probably Fox tying Joss' hands for a while, now they aren't. We didn't get to see what he had in store at first, the pilot, Fox wouldn't air it.
Now I'm so addicted sometimes I'm thinking of other movies or shows that had a similar idea in it...but didn't always focus like Dollhouse does. Men In Black. Strange Days. The Matrix.

Joss is just an elite story teller and surrounds himself by other talented writers that make you give a crap about the charaters (Buffy has been gone for a while but once i found out they made a season 8 in comic form, i was there!). Fox needs to step up and get behind some of these shows. Bones had a slowers start for thier 1st season than this show and they are now even better than before. What does Fox have to lose? Im sure if they were to see how many people are watching it on sites like Hulu they would see that there are people watching this. Wheadon= cult fans 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I completely agree with you, them cancelling Firefly was the stupidest thing ever! Joss is awsome, hasn't he proven that by now?!! FOX is always so quick to drop the best shows...you'd think they'd learn...anyhow, Dollhouse is already awsome and so indepth. It has so much potential...I will be sincerely pissed if they cancel it!

oh and also, does anyone know if they keep track of how many people watch this stuff online?? (I don't have cable so everything I watch is online) I'm sure they do on the actual FOX site but perhaps not on hulu and stuff like that...fans should take that into consideration and watch the show on the FOX site as much as possible!! 1  out of 1 found this valuable. I missed Joss Since Buffy, firefly and ANgel. Noo one else makes quality television better than Joss! I love Eliza...she was never given justice through buffy or tru calling. this is definately her defining role and I WANNA SEE HOW THE PLOT DEVeLOPS! its a wonderful wonderful show and I want it to STAY! I hated the abrupt ending for Angel and killing this show prematurely would be CRIMINAL! I love this show...Enough to make a new account on wetpaint just to petition for it (which I have never done for any other show before!). I cannot wait for fridays episode and see who alpha is! PLEASE PLEASE KEEP DOLLHOUSE ON AIR! and Joss, keep making interesting telivision for fantasy and sci-fi buffs such as ME! 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Sincerely... multiple seasons of Dollhouse = Crazy DVD sales in the future, Fox. Not to mention massive syndication deals, merchandising opportunities, possible spinoffs...

DEAR FOX EXECUTIVES: Please let this incredible concept grow and bloom into the stuff of legends... The world needs another Buffy. After last Friday's excellent episode, I am officially Hooked For Life... If this show is not renewed for a second season, it is a crime against the concept of 'sexy', the concept of 'shocks and twists'... frankly, a crime against all of humanity. LOVE THIS SHOW.

Please let Joss and his crack team do their thing. They clearly know what they're doing... Please don't hurt the Dollhouse.

It isn't a matter of Joss having proved himself in their eye. Those that canceled the show are not on staff and are working else where, but a the old saying goes the more things change the more they stay the same.

I think it's time for us to be less idealistic and face the honest truth.

The ratings aren't good per se, and that is sufficient reason for FOX to not renew it for a second season.

I must say that the Nielsen ratings have always been inaccurate (oh cmon how many percent of the households STILL watch TV on the TV anyway...) but that's how realistic TV operators have always been - cancelling our favourite shows so long they do make it in the ratings. ):

I have kind of accepted the next episode as the show finale. Of course I would be disappointed if they decide not to renew it, but I won't be in a rampage - I have already expected it to happen. :/

Don't accept. Like Jaded Tech said, join the uprising. Nielson is soooo yesterday. "They" know what we are thinking, doing, watching, every second of the day. There is a satellite watching you right now at this very moment. There is an operative tracking you on the net....your phone and computer's ID is recorded...seen any black helicopters lately? Your only recourse is to give in and keep watching. Tv, hulu, Fox. The only way you'll be safe. And get a pitchfork.

Well, because we haven't known the purpose of doll house. why does it exist?

And this serie is amazing, maybe sometimes bored, but the concept is great, it can be squeeze out

and perhaps become in the best show ever created.

Believe me I live in mexico and I never miss DOLL HOUSE!!

19. I was tickled pink to see Chrissy Seaver... sorry, uh... Ashley Johnson.

20. The fact that the first half of the season built slowly and seemed confusing and jerky, then the second half (with the grace of a ninja ballerina) left my jaw on the floor every episode.

21. Where else can you find an adorable, badass character to love that is allowed to jump from a blind cult hoppin' hippie, to a Mallory Knox... and seriously... Amy Acker/Alan Tudyk Natural Born Killers montage. Props. Severe, abundant props.

22. Joss is a master storyteller. Period.
