As November settles in (the month, not the doll) I am trying to get through this month without visiting the dollhouse. As if the door has been locked and all the actives are asleep, I fill the time as best as I can. The other evening the misses and I watched Haunted, one of my faves. Last night, I entered into a marathon of Aeon Flux the animated series while downing a few Killians. Hopefully by Thanksgiving I won't be resorting to the fears that the Dollhouse will be closed for good. So far, I dropped the hate. Here is hoping I do not pick it back up. I am open to suggestions as to what things I can do with these hours until December rolls around. Peace!

This friday I was looking forward to watching the new episode and the had on prison break instead. What is going on. I hope it was not cancaled. The whole family looks forward to watching it every friday. Please put it back on!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!!!!!!!!! We have Summer Glau appearance confirmation on Dollhouse in the future. There is no specific episode or even storyline or part battened down, but she and Joss are trying to find her a role. This is badass guys.

Anyone else see the premiere?? I thought it was awesome! I had my doubts since the original is near and dear to my heart. I thought Morena Baccarin was amazing as the Visitor leader. I hope they keep this show around for awhile.
SPOILER ALERT!: Wow, Alan Tudyk is a bad guy.....again. Funny since he started out as a "good guy" in V and in DH.

Hasta la vista...er, maybe not. If Joss actually wrote the open letter, not only is it a spoof of the whole Hollywood "rights" charade, but it is a spoof of Joss...and a bad one at that.
I can absolutely see Joss spoofing himself, but with a bit more finesse. The writing style is not his nor is the "approach" used in the spoof. Funny, yes. Joss, no. At least in my mind.

I wonder if anybody else has gotten their hands on Wolfmother's new album Cosmic Egg. There's a song on the album called Caroline, and in ways additional to its title, it seems a perfect fit for Echo.
I think it'd be great in, say, the last three or four minutes of an Echo-focused/Caroline-revealing episode. So I'll ask anybody who has heard this song, what do you think? Cheers

Hi, I'm New here :)
I Love Dollhouse, and can't wait for Season 2! I was just wondering what guest stars you would like to see in the upcoming seasons. These are Mine Sarah Michelle Gellar- She could be a client who lost a friend a long time ago, and came to the Dollhouse for comfort. At the end of the Ep, before Echo gets her "Treatment", she could turn around and say "See ya later B". SMG smiles and walks away as Echo gets into the Van. Clare Kramer- I've read a bit of requests that in S2, the main "Villian" could be a rival Dollhouse. Clare's portrayal of Glory got me thinking that she could be the head of that Dollhouse. Glory and Adelle are total opposites in their personality, and it would be nice to see Clare in that type of role. That's all for me, what about you guys?

That's right. The advertisements for this show are HORRIBLE. I hate to use caps, but there it is. I'm embarrassed to even mention I like the show after seeing some of the adverts. It makes DH look like second rate crap drama that appeals to the lowest common denominator. If they give it some House quality adverts people would come reeling in. Seriously, have you guys seen these? I'm sure you have. How could these get past any marketing department, much less Joss himself?!

I loved this episode!!! I think it is one of the best of the series!!! The song that plays in the episode everyone is wondering about is "Traveling Woman" by Bat for Lashes. I saw different posts that said something else but this is the correct song. I hope they decide to keep Dollhouse for another season. Great show!!

The numbers are in folks. They aren't good.
Friday's repeat of the House season opener beat last week's Dollhouse by 62.5% for live viewing in the 9:00pm time slot. We can talk about DVR (Live+SD, Live+7 day) all we want. It doesn't change the fact that House annihilated our current miserable numbers, even beating out Ugly Betty in the 18-49 demo (though not in total viewers.) That is something Dollhouse hasn't done so far this season, if I remember right. The Fox executives are nodding their heads like annoying bobble-head dolls and saying, "Told you so!" I sure don't know what to say. I feel like my avatar looks, a lonely man walking a deserted street, horn in hand. I don't play the horn, but I might have to learn. Taps just can't be played properly without a horn.

Just started watching Season 1 on DVD...LOVE IT! Thank you for giving the 'Buffy' fans something new and exciting to watch. I never have the kind of schedule where I can make sure I'm in front of the TV at a certain time of day so the only way I can watch these is via DVD...So, I'm not contributing to the ratings, but I will buy the DVDs to contribute...so keep that in mind, Fox.
After reading some posts it sounds like Fox moves Dollhouse around as it sees fit which gives me an uneasy feeling. I really hope it keeps going. The only shows I'm watching are LOST and Dollhouse...that's it. So, I need this show to keep running so I have something other than movies to watch on my downtime. Plus, Dollhouse makes my downtime so much better!!! ;-)

Okay, I admit it. I watched the double episode of House last night. Perhaps not as diligently as I would have a few years ago when I really followed House, but still, I did the dirty deed.
At first I was going to boycott the night entirely, a hollow sort of protest, as I am not a Nielsen member and my "vote" does not count. Then I decided to check out House to see if Fox made any mention of Dollhouse during the commercials. I'm quite certain that I missed a few commercials along the way and my mind was not wholely engrossed in how House managed to lose his rigid, sarcastic armor and become a human being. That being said, I did not find one mention of Dollhouse at any time I was watching. Did I miss anything? There are two distinct points during the November sweeps that i would expect to see adverts for DH, if not throughout the month. These are, right at the beginning (did not happen) to remind Dollhouse viewers who did not get the word that DH would be back, and two, during the last episode to drum up some crossover viewership from the House/Bones crowd (however much THAT will be.) Any bets on seeing a Dollhouse advertisement between now and closing credits December 18?

Maybe Dollhouse should move to another night? It would be great to pair Dollhouse up with either Bones or Lie to Me. Wednesday would be good. Also, Monday would be great also. Saturday at 8 o clock is another possibility. There needs to be time for Dollhouse on Fox's schedule.

I recently started watching dollhouse. I was starting to liking the show but today I stumbled upon a hurtful fact in Ballard's dialog in the 6th episode. He mentions that zero was given to the world by Japanese. As much as I respect people from all nations, I hate the fact that this major fact was ignored that it was actually used as a number by an Indian scholar Pingala and Japanese have no involvement with it. I think for a show of such popularity, the research should be irreproachable. I am extremely disappointed
