UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
  • Who reprogrammed Echo's imprint so she could inform Ballard? Who is the inside man or woman at Dollhouse?
  • What's the difference between an Active and a Sleeper Active such as Mellie?
  • Who operated as Echo's handler during the Ballard setup engagement? Boyd was on 48 hour active suspension at the time.
  • What is the true purpose of the Dollhouses?

BEST MOMENTS
  • Mellie responds to a coded command from Adelle, calmly defends herself from her attacker and kills him, then reverts to her normal personality who's terrified.
  • Echo sends the message to Agent Ballard in their encounter behind the restaurant and shows him the Dollhouse is much more than just them.
  • Adelle admires a watercolor that Echo is painting. Echo says that it isn't finished. Adelle asks Echo if she means the picture, and Echo simply says, "It isn't finished." Then Adelle asks her if she would like it to be finished. Cut scene to Rebecca arriving at the Internet mogul's first house, the one that the real Rebecca never had a chance to see. The assignment is what really was not finished.

BEST QUOTES
  • While in bed...Mellie: "I've been thinking about Caroline." Paul: "Well, I haven't."
  • As Boyd busts Sierra's handler through the window....Sierra: "That wasn't quiet."

  • "I need a soupçon of rage, not a whole tasting menu. Mmmm. And now I'm hungry." --Topher Brink

I recently started watching dollhouse. I was starting to liking the show but today I stumbled upon a hurtful fact in Ballard's dialog in the 6th episode. He mentions that zero was given to the world by Japanese. As much as I respect people from all nations, I hate the fact that this major fact was ignored that it was actually used as a number by an Indian scholar Pingala and Japanese have no involvement with it. I think for a show of such popularity, the research should be irreproachable. I am extremely disappointed

Wow. Talk about creating expectations. This was one of the best segments of any series ever. We have so much to look forward to now, the only downside is the worry that no one, not even Joss, can keep this level up. I remember so many series that promised the moon and ended up disappointing in the final episode. Time will tell....
