UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
- Echo traces in a steamy mirror the outline of an abstract art painting she saw during the heist. Is she merely remembering the art, or is she grappling with her own assertion that she is not broken?
- Topher asserts that Alpha is the only person who could have pulled off a remote mind wipe of Echo, yet how did he come by that knowledge? Was that just a previous imprint, or was he originally part of the staff? Did Topher imprint Topher onto Alpha at some time, and even if that's the case he said he was unable to do a remote wipe himself.
- WHo is Alpha and what are his intentions with Echo and why her?
- When Sierra was imprinted as Taffy and walked Echo through the steps on how to get out of the vault, why did it fail? Did Sierra/Taffy purposely lock them in there, obviously jealous that the job was "given" to someone else?
| | | |
BEST MOMENTS - Echo drags the good "bad guy" along to freedom, then tells Boyd that he is broken.
- When Echo suddenly kicks the hotel managaer, knocking him out and he bribes her with $10,000 to not tell anyone about the "incident" with the guests at the hotel.
| | BEST QUOTES - Echo, speaking after the remote mind wipe: "I'm not broken."
- Echo and Sierra both imprinted as Taffy says "Never second guess a client and wear comfy shoes."
- Echo to one of the members on her team, "They're called breasts, and yes they're exceptional."
- Mom giving birth, "I want to forget, I want to forget!" in reply to Echo's assurances that she will forget the bad, painful stuff. Kind of like the Dolls themselves...
-
- Adelle (about Ballard) "He needs closure. And we are the experts at giving people what they need, aren't we?"
- Adelle: "You reached out to an active during an engagement without my say-so?" Topher: "It's the adrenaline. It makes me forget my protocols and cues."

TRIVIA - "Gray Hour" was always meant to be an episode on it's own, but it fell into the 1.02 slot after "Echo" (the original pilot, at one point intented to air second) was dropped all together.
| | EPISODE SHOCKERS - The remote mind wipe of Echo while she is Taffy.
- Alpha being the only one who could have accomplished the above.
- Even when Sierra was imprinted as Taffy to help Echo out of the vault, she walked Echo step by step through the process and the vault locked tighter
- When Echo turns around and kicks the hotel manager, knocking him out, and you find out if was all part of the plan.
- When the art expert, double crosses them and steals the art and locks them in the safe
