IF a casting call is a PUBLIC announcement, in effect, a job listing,
I maintain that it cannot be subject to copyright protection, any more than any other public document. There are court cases that establish that ads and white pages listings are public info and cannot be protected by copyright. THUS, Please put back the casting call material. It is a PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT for jobs. |
